The Ribble Tidal Vanguard is a preventative engineering solutions company which actively plans solutions to combat the effects of climate change by using modern engineering employing renewable energy capture within our projects. We believe in early protection against climate change while offsetting the cost with the implementation of renewable energy capture devices, the company was founded in 2024 to address future climate change impacts upon the river Ribble within Lancashire and connected rivers. We aim to protect nature and people against sea level rise, coastal erosion and many other aspects of climate change.

With many aspects of climate change yet to be heavily felt by the united kingdom many early changes within both weather patterns and intensity are being felt in many locations globally with Flash flooding and water shortage's only set to become more frequent. Within coastal locations with a joining estuary having many contributing factors such as sea level rise, seasonal storm surges, increased flash percitipation affecting surface water absorbiton also extended periods of higher temprature's with summer periods expected. The Tidal Vanguard is also very interested in other affects of climate change such as the elongation of the polar vortex, el mino and el nino , storm surge, The weakening AMOC system and many more climate change areas which can all be found within our knowledge section.
